Riot and Frolic

– cooked bacon in the oven because she told me to.  And she is a much better cook than me.  I think even my friend who doesn't like bacon (HOW am I friends with her?) would approve.  No grease jumping up to bite you!  350 degrees for 15-20 minutes?  Nice.

– a slightly overwhelming shopping trip.  We checked out the Shops at West End.  I cannot go to Anthropologie.  See?

The whole store is simply too much.  It's like an extended… pleasureable experience, and it's exhausting.  But, if you ever want to get me a giftie, just walk in there and go around grabbing stuff.  I'll love whatever it is.  And after you buy your three or four, randomly nabbed items for $1243.98, just know that you have made me very happy and bought some quality goods.  

I mean, check out this pillow.  A fricking pillow.  But the details!  Blah.  Magnificent.  

– a quiche.  Some more loaves of that stupid bread.  A bunch of salads.  Yum.  Salad for breakfast.  You must try.  

– a dance at a fundraiser for one of my former students, who kicked the crap out of her cancer.  Way to go, Bridget!

– finding out MTV's Made is going to be filming in our studio.  One of the many shows MTV makes instead of showing actual music videos.  But since we're involved, I'm okay with it.  Yay, MTV!
